You deserve to feel heard, understood, and supported.
Life can be overwhelming. You don't have to navigate it alone.
At Alternative Awakenings Psychiatry, we believe personalized mental health care should feel like a conversation, not just another appointment. We take the time to understand your experiences, respect your choices, and work with you to find care that truly fits your life.
Real people. Real conversations. Care centered around you.

Mental Health Care That Sees the Whole You
You're more than a diagnosis, a list of symptoms, or a prescription.
Your experiences, relationships, culture, and personal goals all matter. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, or simply haven't felt like yourself lately, we're here to listen and help you understand your options.
There's no judgment, no one-size-fits-all approach, and no expectation that you have everything figured out.
We'll start wherever you are.
